After a most unique year, it only makes sense that we would launch into 2021 with an unexpected color of the year choice. In fact, Pantone has gone with not one, but two, hues in its annual proclamation. To begin this real estate update, we will focus on Greater Lansing’s tri-county region, which is composed of Clinton, Eaton, and Ingham. Experiencing similar trends seen across East and West Michigan, year-over-year new listings in the tri-county region have decreased across the board with Eaton County experiencing the least significant loss of -11.8% totaling 1,492.
