After an exciting and challenging 16-year career serving as an educator, with over a decade as a middle, intermediate, and high school administrator, I took inventory of my skills and passion for sales and service and found that being a career REALTOR was a wonderful and exciting next step in my life! I could not be prouder, nor more pleased, to work for Mid-Michigan’s premier Real Estate Brokerage – Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood. Our data speaks for us! CB-HB delivers RESULTS!
Learning the inner and outer workings of systems in housing and commercial construction takes time, attention to detail, and a great deal of “roll up your sleeves” work! I have paid for and earned three college degrees working in the construction trades for licensed contractors. Through this effort I earned an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice from Kellogg Community College, a Bachelor’s Degree in English, Science, and Mathematics from Western Michigan University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration from Michigan State University. To pay for these degrees I started building in the early 1990’s. I have worked for framers, roofers, electricians, plumbers, mechanical contractors, and a swimming pool company to name a few. Through this variety of experiences, I have developed the knowledge and skills necessary to assist my customers in their efforts to sell and obtain the most desirable and/or profitable properties on (or off) the market!
Over the years I have honed my sales and service skills through a variety of career and self-initiated sales and service opportunities. I know a house from the curb to the roof and I understand the art and science of the deal like few others. Given these skill sets, why not hire an experienced professional to simplify, expedite, and make what appears to be a complex and challenging process fun and exciting? Whether this is your first real estate transaction, estate sale, relocation, purchase of your retirement dream home, your next flip, or an expansion to your business; when you hire Mark Bensinger, you are hiring a highly educated, experienced, seasoned negotiator that hears your wants and needs, sets your goals as his mandate, and delivers results with the full market force of Coldwell Banker Hubbell Briarwood backing every step of the process!

He always puts you first and works very hard, non stop to get you in to your new home! Expert knowledge of the current markets. He makes it easy for the seller and the buyer. Contact Mark when you are looking to sell or buy your next home. You won't be sorry.
Mark went so far above and beyond what we were expecting. Being a first time home buyer, he explained things in a way that made sense to us and didn’t make us feel like he was dumbing it down. He told us all of the good things, and even the things that would be potentially costly and let us decide if it was worth it for us. He was professional, easy to talk to about more than just the house so it wasn’t awkward walking through these houses with him. We weren’t looking for a huge home, and we greatly appreciated getting the same treatment that he would’ve given somebody that was looking for a 6 figure place, we still felt valued. I cannot recommend Mark highly enough.
After searching all of the real estate sites for over a year without find the right house for me, I am so fortunate that Mark Bensinger was the buyer's agent who responded to my general request when I finally found it. I now know that in a housing market with such a low supply, I am so thankful to have had someone who could lead me through a whirlwind process (while I was also busy keeping my own demanding job going) of deciding on and committing to my future home. Mark was the best agent I can imagine to have providing knowledge, expertise, legwork, and general support for what could otherwise have been a very stressful time. I look back on the experience as being fun, something I never would have guessed.
In my days as a supervisor, which included interviewing, contacting references, and hiring, I had the good fortune to interview someone who I thought was an excellent candidate. I will never forget speaking to one of her previous supervisors, who told me that she could sum up her enthusiastic recommendation in two words: "GET HER!" I have the same recommendation for Mark: GET HIM - you will be thankful he was on your team.
