I got so lucky by being matched with Senada as my real estate agent. She is amazing! When I first talked to her, I let her know that I knew nothing about the process involved in buying a house. She was super nice and guided me through the whole process. She was always available to answer any of my questions in a timely manner. I loved that she was always extremely honest about what she thought were the advantages and disadvantages of one property versus the other, the property zones, etc. Also, Senada was very supportive when things were not going as smooth as we would have like it to be. Overall, she did everything in her power to help me become a homeowner and I did! I would recommend her 100%!

Senada Pargan helped us to buy a beautiful house in late July 2019. It was a pleasure to work with this lady.
She presents herself with the professional looks and continues with the professional work attitude and performances. Senada was always available and quick for response even at her busy moments. She even made herself available to communicate with the part of family who stayed overseas for the moment regardless of time difference. She is a real hard worker truly complementing her work team with her experience, energy and work passion acting always friendly and attentive to concrete client needs and preferences.
We highly recommending her and for sure will come back to work with her in case we need it again in future.

Senada Pargan was my agent who helped me to sell my house couple months ago. I am strongly recommending her to everyone who needs real estate agent. She is extremely professional, always available and very smart person who listens to you and makes a great decisions. She has ability to read your mind and go one step further in front of you. She is extremely hard worker and has a great skill. Senada was an absolute joy to work with!! We highly recommend her! We weren't sure what we wanted being first time homebuyers.. we weren't the easiest clients either, as we had a 50 mile radius we had her looking in, but she listened to all of our idea's and found tons of homes for us to look at in different area's all with features we wanted, she stuck with us when we decided we wanted vacant land to build on instead & we ended up with our dream property!! She was very responsive & was always available to talk whether it be when I found something online at 11pm or in the middle of the day, she was able to secure showings for us withing 30 minutes when we were in town & we felt she always had us as her top priority. Senada truly cares about her clients & we WILL be using her for all of our future needs.

Senada is the best realtor there is! She fights for her clients and always makes them top priority over everything. She always answers her phone and responds to texts within seconds; it doesn’t matter if its 1am or 1pm, she is there for you. We had issues with our lender along our home-buying journey and the sellers were not happy, without Senada’s expertise and persistence I truly think we would have lost our dream home. This woman is amazing, strong , full of life and great energy, shes truly God blessed and i wouldnt lie about a person just to get browny points this beautiful human helped me find a home within weeks rather than the years it took me to actually have a chance to close im a disabled vet with credit not so great but she made it happen thanks Sanada God bless you and your family and soon as i come up you and all your family will see great things come your way.
