Very little about our first time buying a home ended up being 'normal' and only some of that was doing so as a global pandemic descended on us. Through this entire process Wesley was with us, he answered our questions, he toured us through strings of houses nearly daily, and he helped keep us positive when things were not working out. Wesley was courteous, timely, knowledgeable and as great of an advocate as one could ask for, especially when faced with very large decisions to make. I will ask Wesley when the time comes to sell our home and when it is time to buy a new one. In addition Wesley has never been interested in just selling us a house and being done, but ensuring we have a home and are going to be happy long after the sale. I do not rate this experience as a positive just because we ended up buying a home, I would have want to work with Wesley again even if we had failed to find the right house in the time we had to do so. More importantly I feel equal to the task now and knowledgeable enough to go into this again some day.
We wanted and needed to remain in Okemos and had fairly specific needs for a new home. In my opinion, reliability, integrity, and local insight are the most important factors when considering who to work with in real estate. This holds true whether buying, selling, renting, or building. Wesley’s willingness to go out of his way to help our family was truly unique, earning our loyalty moving forward. Wesley and the resources he brings with him are of the highest standard. You’ll feel fortunate he’s representing you and/or your property.
He is friendly, empathic, and punctual.
Thank you, Wes!
Always responded very quickly to any questions. When I had concerns about the house sitting empty during the winter, Wesley would check on it for me.
