Stockbridge, Michigan is a village located in Ingham County about 40 minutes southeast of Lansing with M-52 S running through it. Stockbridge covers 1.53 square miles of land and has an estimated population of around 1,260 residents.
The Village of Stockbridge is home to many local businesses and residential areas, along with a portion of the LakeLands Trail State Park. The trails can be used for hiking, bicycling, cross-country skiing, walking, jogging, and horseback riding. The state park also stretches into Jackson, Livingston, and Oakland counties.
Stockbridge Community Schools provides education for children in the area through one elementary school with grades kindergarten-3, one middle school with grades 4-7, and one high school with grades 8-12. Stockbridge schools are home to the panthers and take pride in their fall, winter, and spring athletic teams.

Stockbridge also has its annual Harvest Festival every October in Downtown Stockbridge filled with hayrides, activities, vendors, a tractor show, a dance, and more!
