Easter is quickly approaching, and there is plenty of fun and excitement in the area if you want to celebrate the holiday out on the town. Here are some Easter-themed functions in the Greater Lansing area you don’t want to miss that the whole family can enjoy!
Easter Bunny Meet and Greet – April 12
From 6-7 PM, you can have a free visit with the Easter Bunny this Wednesday in the Delta Township Enrichment Center Activity Room. Parents are welcome to take pictures.
3rd Annual Doggie Easter Egg Hunt and Kids Eggstravaganza – April 15
From 2-4 PM at Hawk Island Park, your children and pets can enjoy crafts, games, photos with the Easter Bunny, and more! The kids egg hunt starts at 2:30 PM, and is $8 per child for any over the age of 2. The doggie egg hunt starts at 3:30 PM and is $12 per dog and $6 for each additional dog.
Easter Egg Hunt at the Capitol – April 15
From 10 AM-12 PM, you can have some fun on the State Capitol Lawn with free Easter activities. The egg hunt will start promptly at 11 AM, and children can also enjoy crafts, some Potter Park Zoo animals, balloon hats from Crash the Clown, and more.
Easter Egg Hunt – April 15
If you’re looking to start new traditions, consider taking part in the Delta Retirement Center’s first Easter egg hunt from 10:30 AM-12:30 PM. There will be free egg hunts for children of all ages, a bounce house, pictures with the Easter Bunny, and games with prizes!
Bunny Hop & Easter Egg Hunt – April 15
Take a trip to the Lansing City Market from 1-3 PM for multiple Easter egg hunts, face paintings, Easter games, and to get a picture with the Easter Bunny. The event is free and for children of all ages.
