Welcome to my Website

Real estate is my passion and I want to help you find the home of your dreams!  Whether it is your first home or you are moving up, I will provide you with top notch service.  Your home search is about you, not about what I think you need.  Give me your ideas and I will search to find the right space for you.  In today's world, you can search using my website; charlync@cb-hb.com.  Just put in a zip code or address and you have access to all the real estate listings in that area, not just Coldwell Banker homes.

If you are looking for someone to market and sell you home, I have the analytical skills to price it correctly, which is very important.  A home gets the most activity when it is first listed.  So that price point is critical.  I will hold open houses and market the property within Coldwell Banker agents (we sell more homes in Lansing than any other company).  You will get exposure on all the top real estate sites like realtor.com and Trulia.

Please call, email or text me today and let's get started.

Professional Background

Being a banker provided me the opportunity to help people realize their dreams.  Whether it be a new car, a new home or maybe a snowmobile or boat.  I became their trusted advisor. Now I am using my skills to help people find the home that fits their lifestyle, personality and their budget.

I have been a Rotarian for 12 years and I am chair of the foundation committee helping to raise funds to fight polio as well as filling backpacks for hungry children in Eaton county.

Personal Background

My husband Mark and I have 6 grandchildren.  We live in the country with our dog, Jmmie. We like to travel and see the world. We recently took a trip and found our roots in Great Britian.

We are a military family, Mark retired after 33 years of active duty service in the Michigan Army National Guard. He is the director of the Aviation Maintenance program for Lansing Community College.

Specialties

I am willing to help you find any type of property you are looking for whether it be a lakeside home or an investment propery. Let's work together to find what you are looking for!

Education

I graduated from Ferris State Unversity with a bachelor's degree in Human Services.  Since then, I have taken classes in business as well as professional development in the banking industry.

Personal Interests

Cooking is one of my favorite pastimes. My sister is a chef so I get lots of good ideas from her. I'm not afraid to try a new recipe even if I am having a dinner party.  Having a garden and harvesting fresh tomatoes is great fun!

My husband and I are working on replacing our landscaping around our home.  We are getting it ready to sell in the next couple of years and the landscaping was too old and unruly.  It has been great to see the transformation.

Community Involvement

I was a facilitator for an Alzheimer's Caregiver Support Group. Helping people to develop coping skills as they deal with this devastating disease in their families.

I have been a Rotarian for 12 years and I am chairman of The Rotary Foundation committee helping to raise funds to fight poilio as well as filling backpacks for hungry children in Eaton county.
